These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and dbltoto ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the dbltoto online gaming platform accessible at https://dbltoto.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, "the Platform").

dbltoto is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on dbltoto, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Not a Company Employee: Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of dbltoto and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold Player accounts.

To access real-money gaming products on dbltoto, you are required to complete the account registration process. During registration, you will be asked to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. This information is collected for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• You must notify dbltoto immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• dbltoto will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.
• dbltoto reserves the right to require a password reset or impose additional security measures where suspicious activity is detected on an Account.

dbltoto operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents including a copy of your Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), passport, or other government-issued identification, as well as proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used. Withdrawal processing may be withheld pending successful KYC verification.

dbltoto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of approved local and digital payment methods. All funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 for fiat payment methods and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits, calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change and will be displayed at the point of deposit.

The majority of deposits via DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallets are credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations (typically 1–3 confirmations depending on the currency). dbltoto does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Where this is not practicable, dbltoto will work with the Player to arrange an alternative withdrawal method registered in the Player's verified name.

• Minimum Withdrawal: MYR 50 or equivalent per transaction.
• Processing Time: Most withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are processed within 5–15 minutes during operational hours. During periods of high demand or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• KYC Requirement: Completed identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before the first withdrawal can be processed. Subsequent large withdrawals (above MYR 10,000) may trigger additional verification.
• Bonus Wagering: Any active bonus balance must have its associated wagering requirement fully completed before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be requested.
• Withdrawal Limits: Individual and daily withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed in the Account banking section. VIP tier members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

dbltoto offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is typically capped at MYR 25–500 (as specified in the offer terms). Bets placed in excess of this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. The contribution rate for each game type will be stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from activation) will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Bonus-derived winnings may be subject to a maximum withdrawable amount as stated in the individual offer terms. This limit applies only to the bonus component; winnings from real-money wagers are not subject to this restriction.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one promotional bonus is permitted per household, IP address, device, or payment method at any given time unless otherwise specified.

dbltoto reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void any bonus or associated winnings where we reasonably suspect that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

All wagers placed on dbltoto are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting product. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant game only.

• All wagers are final once confirmed by the Player and accepted by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical fault, server error, or software malfunction during an active game round or betting event, dbltoto reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance.
• Where obvious errors occur in the display of odds, game payouts, or promotional offers (including typographical errors resulting in clearly mispriced lines), dbltoto reserves the right to correct the error and settle the bet at the correct figure, void the bet, or both.
• Sports betting results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. For football matches including EPL and Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, the result at the end of normal 90-minute play (plus stoppage time) governs settlement unless otherwise specified.
• dbltoto does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to live game streams, live dealer feeds, or in-play betting markets. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, third-party provider issues, or connectivity does not entitle players to compensation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbltoto Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, voiding of all pending and settled bets, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any act of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, counterfeit identification documents, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Money Laundering: Use of the Platform to launder proceeds of crime or to conduct transactions that obscure the origin of funds. dbltoto is obligated to report suspicious transactions.
• Multi-Accounting: Registration of more than one Account per individual. All accounts held by the same individual may be closed and balances forfeited upon discovery.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, poker, or any other game format.
• Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human control.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberate exploitation of known or unknown bugs, glitches, or errors in Platform software to gain an unfair advantage or to generate winnings that would not have arisen under correct operating conditions.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• Underage Access: Attempting to access the Platform while under the age of 21, or assisting a person under 21 in accessing real-money gaming products.

dbltoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become harmful, and we take our duty of care towards our players seriously.

• Minimum Age: Real-money gaming on dbltoto is strictly restricted to players aged 21 years and above.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits may be reduced with immediate effect but can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss limits over defined time periods. These limits are enforced at the point of bet placement.

• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily self-exclude from the Platform for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent.

All content on the dbltoto Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of dbltoto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools; frame or mirror any part of the Platform without dbltoto's express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or functionality terminates the licence granted herein and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbltoto and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Platform not directly caused by our negligence.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information, game data, odds displays, or promotional content that contains an error.
• Losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, dbltoto's total aggregate liability to you shall in no event exceed the net deposits made by you to your Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dbltoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made to these Terms, we will endeavour to provide advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request account closure. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://dbltoto.cam/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which dbltoto is incorporated and operates. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
